Haha. That may be true. I grew up working class and the biggest mold she’s breaking is having worked as a bartender just a year ago. This isn’t ancient history for her. And I do think having a younger member with a huge media presence upsets how things would usually work in the House, but the key in politics is not seeing power on your side as zero sum. AOC having a big platform means Democrats have a bigger platform. Big tent and all that.
