Thanks. I saw a lot of the talking past, too, and the further I dug into it the more I realized how confused people’s arguments about the relevant Canadian laws were. I certainly learned a lot in looking at the original source documents, including some of the cases the OHRC published. I probably should have been a lawyer in another life — I’m certainly argumentative enough! :)
