Thanks, Jessica. I’ve heard similar things. Because he’s produced so much content in which he makes very general claims about how the world is, people can read into a lot of what he says charitably, so I tend to focus on when he’s asked about public policy issues and how he responds.

Video can be done really well, but in Peterson’s case it is a lot of speculation not backed up by evidence. That bias you see I would regard as his conservatism and individualist ideology, but he objects to his views being described as political, even when he intervenes in political debates.

Anyway, you’re not alone with this!
